City Judges ruled out of Agora case

 

Judges of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) in Tagbilaran City may not be the ones to handle the case filed by three lawyers seeking the cancellation of the rehabilitate-operate-transfer (ROT) contract of the former Agora public market.

MANILA. State prosecutors yesterday said anti-narcotics did not conduct a legitimate buy-bust operation against the so-called Alabang Boys whom they arrested in September 2008.

State prosecutors who dismissed the drug case involving Jorge Joseph, Richard Brodett and Joseph Tecson presented their report before the House of Representatives, which is investigating the alleged bribery try on justice and drug enforcement officials. FULL STORY
