 Mayor Exuperio Lloren (left) together with Vice Mayor Teofisto Pagar, Sr. (right) raise the Philippine Flag during the 112th Anniversary celebration of the Philippine Independence yesterday at the Jagna Municipal grounds. Mayor Lloren in his message urged local and national employees as well as the private individuals to properly observe the law and be fair in interpreting and exercising Responsible Citizenry. The Mayor likewise reminded the public to live with the expectations of the forefathers who fought for our independence just like what Jagna’s local hero, Capt. Gregorio “Goyo” Caseñas (right photo) had intrepidly achieved. Employees of the LGU, national offices and private institutions offered flowers to the portrait of Capt. Goyo. (photos MPIO)
