VISITORS KEEP ON COMING to observe Jagna’s Integrated Solid WasteManagement Program (ISWM) since its official launching and implementation in August, 2006 the latest of whom are the LGU Officials from the Municipalities of Bacong in Negros Oriental and Buenavista, Bohol respectively.

Mayor Lenin Aviola (encircled at the right picture) of LGU-Bacong together with his department heads and some barangay officials personally study the minutiae of Jagna’s composting facility situated at barangay Pagina on August 12 after listening to the presentation at the Capt. Goyo Caseñas Hall.

On August 14, Mayor Elsa Tirol (left picture, sitting in front) of LGU-Buenavista and her equally active and participative LGU and barangay officials together with some department heads listen attentively to the power point presentation of Sangguniang Bayan Chairman on the Committee on Health and Social Services and ISWM-TWG Head Hon. Senen Lloren (standing) at the Capt. Goyo Caseñas Hall. The team observed the composting facilities later in the afternoon.

Market Supervisor Engr. Peter Jamero and ISWM Action Officer Ms. Melba Bucog augmented in the deliberation of the salient features of the town’s ISWM framework which is strongly supported by Mayor Exuperio Lloren.
