It was a game and a championship meant for the Mayana Team. The do or die Game 3 in the hotly contested best-of-three finals series of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Summer Inter-Barangay Basketball Tournament left the Faraon Team offense falling big time in the crunch time. Faraon Team was trailing by just two points 83-85 against the Mayana Team in the last 8 seconds until the last end of the game where the Mayana Team got all the ball positions. The Mayana Team received a cash prize of P10,000.00 from Atty. Fortunato “Bicbic” Abrenilla (right side of the trophy). Mayana Brgy. Capt. Sofronio Gallano (left side) receives the giant trophy courtesy of 3rd District of Bohol Cong. Adam Relson Jala. Faraon Team as 1st runner up received P7,000.00. Earlier, Can-upao Team was declared 2nd runner up with a cash prize of P5,000.00. Bunga Ilaya Team was 3rd runner-up with a cash prize of P2,500.00. All cash prizes was courtesy of Atty. Abrenilla while all trophies given to the runners-up were courtesy of Cong. Jala. The said event was sponsored by the Local Government Unit of Jagna, SK Municipal Federation, LIGA ng mga Barangay, Cong. Adam Relson Jala and Atty. Abrenilla.
